At Art By Iiris Rothberg, we are committed to delivering original artworks safely and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below before placing an order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (Finland)

Flat rate shipping fee: 40 €
Applies to all artworks up to a maximum size of 120 x 150 cm

If your artwork exceeds this size, we will contact you directly to arrange custom shipping. Additional costs may apply.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as Posti, Matkahuolto, UPS, and FedEx, based on the size and destination of the artwork.

4. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping by default.

If you're located outside Finland and are interested in purchasing an artwork, please contact us at info@artbyiirisrothberg.com to discuss shipping options.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Finland: 2–7 business days

6. Custom Artwork Shipping

Custom artworks may require additional time to prepare and package. You will receive a timeline via email after placing your order.

7. Tracking

A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

8. No Returns or Exchanges

All artworks are handmade, unique, and signed, making each piece one-of-a-kind. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@artbyiirisrothberg.com, including clear photos of the damage and packaging.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
